Braelen Hunt, RDN (she/her)

Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating and ADHD/Autism/Neurodivergence; LGBT+ and trans identities;

Braelen is an LGBTQIA+ Registered Dietitian with a background in acute care and a passion for outpatient treatment. She values autonomy and collaboration with each client as they pursue their individual healing journey. Braelen practices HAES and believes in a comprehensive, holistic approach to food freedom, incorporating emotion-focused solutions and compassionate understanding. Braelen honors the importance of identity and how the facets of self expression intersect with one another, aiming to celebrate the uniqueness of experience rather than forcing a One-Size-Fits-All approach. Braelen is particularly passionate about working with low income, neurodivergent, and queer folks. While Braelen works with eating disorders of all types, she has a special interest in ARFID exposure work.

In her free time, Braelen is constantly listening to podcasts, practicing her Swiss buttercream recipe, snuggling her cat Lilah, roller skating or riding her bike, and devouring the next novel on her Book Bucket list. She is a volunteer with Cake4Kids, which provides sweet treats to foster kiddos for special events. She also enjoys art in all forms, especially watercolor, dancing, singing, playing the ukulele, and creative journaling.
