Natalya Erbel, MS, RDN (she/her/hers)

Natalya is a Registered Dietitian and holds a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. As a Kinesiology graduate and former collegiate athlete, she was drawn to the field of dietetics as it intertwined her love for food, body, and movement. From a young age, she recognized that food, balanced exercise, and other self-care habits positively impacted her performance, recovery, and injury prevention. Throughout her journey as an athlete, she also became aware of the undeniable prevalence of eating disorders and disordered eating, which sparked her interest in working with these groups.

Natalya creates a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where she works alongside her clients to unravel the unique lived experiences that have disrupted their relationship with food, movement, and body. She is passionate about providing a weight-inclusive, individualized, holistic approach through a Health-At-Every-Size (HAES) lens.

Natalya and her clients slowly peel back the complex layers that unveil the root of their suffering around these topics through compassionate nutrition counseling. She believes that nutrition is more than a vessel that brings physical healing and nourishment and has profound significance in our overall wellbeing. She acknowledges that our cultural background, upbringing, and ancestral history shape this sacred connection. Natalya empowers clients to honor their body’s unique needs and gently guides them to rebuild peaceful relationships rooted in innate wisdom, freedom, and self-compassion.

You will often find Natalya adventuring in nature hiking, backpacking, trail running, mountain biking, and camping in her free time. When she isn’t out and about, she spends her time cooking, dancing, playing in the garden, doing yoga, spending time with close friends and family, taking care of her plants, and getting cozy on the couch with some tea.
