Rosie Mayfield, RDN (she/her)

Rosie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who believes that everyone deserves peace in food and their body. She is passionate about working with clients, as partners, to help them heal from eating disorders or disordered eating in the way that will best support them. Recovery looks different for everyone, and Rosie is committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and accessible space where you can show up as your authentic self.

Rosie enjoys working with the LGBTQ+ community, with a special interest in transgender and gender-affirming care. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community herself, she is thoughtful about the intersectionality between this community, eating disorders, and body image concerns. Rosie understands the complex relationships we have with our bodies and strives to help others untangle the different systems of oppression and societal factors that play a role in how we see ourselves.

Rosie has a background as a HAES-informed personal trainer where she coached clients of all ages, focusing on joyful, intuitive movement for any ability level. She empowered clients to listen to their bodies and move in a way that feels good to them while dismantling diet/exercise-culture from within.

In her free time, you can find Rosie going on walks, spending time with her cat, playing cozy video games, and making herself (another) cup of coffee.
